So we didn’nt quite challenge the current world record Holder,  Not Even Close, but we had some impressive results.  (according to Guiness World Records) The World Record for  plank position is 1 hour 20 minutes and 5.01 seconds, set in Naperville, IL on 3 December 2011 by 54 year old George Hood.
